Navigating Updated TSCA Regulations: Managing Organic Solvent Exposure Risks in the Workplace

The Greater Boston Chapter of ASSP, in collaboration with the New England Chapter of AIHA, is hosting an in-person technical session addressing recent regulatory updates under the EPA’s Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
New, regulatory requirements related to methylene chloride, TCE, and other high-hazard organic solvents are reshaping how organizations assess, monitor, and manage exposure risks.

This session brings together safety and industrial hygiene professionals to examine what has changed, how TSCA intersects with OSHA standards and established IH practice, and what practical steps organizations should take now.
