Essential Job Functions

  • Participate as an active member of the SHE Team contributing to ensuring the overall delivery of the SHE compliance matters.
  • Perform Safety, Health, Environmental (SHE) and Sustainability regulatory reviews to establish compliance registry for existing and new operations.
  • Modify and develop standard operating procedures associated with federal, state, local and company requirements and guidelines.
  • Review existing training material and develop robust modules with in-person, online and ad-hoc capabilities.
  • Facilitate management of change and risk assessment execution for ongoing and new projects.
  • Develop long-term SHE programs to accommodate business growth and change.
  • Support the delivery of environmental performance reporting by performing research and collecting data
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to assess and address SHE compliance matters.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with all site customers.
  • Support SHE activities related to site relocation including but not limited to:
    • SHE Permits
    • Interfacing with regulatory agencies
    • Assistance with decommissioning project and Hazmat Closure
