The Environmental Health, and Safety (EHS) Project Manager will consult with HCG clients to establish best in class safety programs. In the course of these duties, the EHS Project Manager will perform audits, training, program development as well as implementation, and other projects in the EHS field. This position reports directly to the EHS Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Knowledge of OSHA and State based regulatory requirements
- Manages execution of agreed upon deliverables with Clients for the EHS Division
- Works independently on assignments and drives deliverables
- Performs audits and site safety visits, including the accompanying reports
- Conducts trend analysis and risk assessments for clients
- Responds to emergency incidents as needed
- Participates in OSHA inspections and abatement initiatives
- Provides up to date reports/stats on client visits and other assigned projects
- Partners with clients on injury claims management and workers comp audits
